DOUG & GINA GREEN MINISTRIES

Doug has played saxophone since age nine, mastering baritone, alto, tenor, and soprano. He traveled the Midwest in his early years and nearly auditioned for Elvis Presley in 1977 before God redirected his path. After giving his life to Christ in 2001, Doug committed his talents to ministry, serving in several churches and now playing at Evangel World Prayer Center in Louisville. He’s been honored twice as SSE Promotions’ Instrumentalist of the Year (2022, 2023).

Gina has sung most of her life, starting with her sister in the Southern Gospel duo New Birth. Her love for rich harmonies and impactful lyrics grew from childhood experiences with gospel legends like The Kingsmen. Today, she is an award-winning vocalist and prolific songwriter. Several of her songs air on radio stations nationwide, including “Double Dippin’,” a big-band inspired single that’s been doubly blessed by God in reach and response. Gina’s songwriting is sparked by conversations and daily life moments, and another anticipated single, “I’ve Had Enough,” proclaims victory over spiritual battles.

Together, Doug and Gina have shared stages with artists like Gerald Crabb, The Nelons, and John Starnes and will join 11th Hour later this year. Their concerts offer a blend of Southern Gospel, jazz, and worship, often with two saxophones accompanying Gina’s compelling vocal delivery.

Their mission remains clear: to reach as many souls for Christ as possible before His return. As Gina often shares, “He could split the eastern skies at any moment.” Their ministry reflects Ephesians 5:19—“Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord”—encouraging believers to lift their voices, worship deeply, and live expectantly.
